A passion to improve the planet and empower youth through education inspires Greentorch®
to partner in the creation of Gambassa®. Gambassa® is a service learning empowerment
tool. Gambassa® provides the means by which students can acquire the knowledge needed
to make a difference now by consuming less, conserving more, and applying intelligent
and thoughtful considerations to current environmental problems. Through the practical
experiences of completing projects like energy audits, composting, recycling programs
and water conservation studies within an entrepreneurial model, we lay the ground
work for careers that are in whole or partly focused on environmental consciousness.
At Greentorch® our desire is to foster creativity and innovation by providing practical
experience and environmental knowledge that serves the student and the community
now and for years to come.
